Summary: PipInsights LLC operates a single, one-way internal alert program. It sends operational notifications to team members who have given prior express consent for their own mobile number. It is not a marketing program, and no consumer or third-party phone numbers are ever collected or messaged.

This program delivers one-way operational alerts generated by PipInsights LLC's own internal monitoring and reporting systems. Typical messages include notifications that a scheduled client report has completed, that a shared data file has been updated by a collaborator, that an automated data pull has failed and needs attention, or that a monitored deadline is approaching.
The program sends no marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation content of any kind. It does not send messages relating to any category prohibited by carrier policy, including loans or lending, debt collection, gambling, cannabis, tobacco or vaping, firearms, prescription drugs, or high-risk financial offers.
Recipients are limited to personnel of PipInsights LLC receiving alerts on their own mobile devices. At present the sole enrolled recipient is Laura Papili, the owner and sole member of PipInsights LLC, receiving alerts on her personal mobile device.
No consumer, customer, prospect, or third-party phone numbers are collected, purchased, imported, or messaged through this program. The program has no public sign-up form, because it is not open to public enrollment.
Consent is obtained verbally, in person or by voice call, from the individual who owns the mobile device, before that number is added to the alert configuration. Consent is recorded with the date, the number, and the name of the person who gave it. The exact script used to obtain that consent is published below.
"This is PipInsights. I'd like to add your mobile number to the PipInsights internal operational alert list. If you agree, PipInsights LLC will send automated text alerts to this number from our toll-free number, 855-772-4984, about things like scheduled reports finishing, shared files being updated, and automated tasks that need your attention. These are internal work notifications only. We will never send you marketing or promotional texts, and we will never share your number with anyone else for marketing.
You should expect up to about 100 messages a month, and the number of messages will vary depending on activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP or email [email protected] if you need help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Consent is only recorded on an affirmative, unambiguous "yes." The consent record for the currently enrolled number was captured on August 12, 2026.
